Self Care Sessions
Self-Care is a nourishing wellbeing session designed to give staff a meaningful pause. Set in a calm, welcoming environment, delegates are invited to take time for themselves and choose from a selection of self-administered treatments. Options include a glow-boosting facial using luxury skincare, a relaxing hand and arm massage to ease tension and boost circulation, and a soothing hot cloth neck treatment to release built-up stress from shoulders and spine.

Whether you’re a seasoned singer or someone who usually only sings in the shower, Sing! creates a fun, inclusive space where everyone can join in, feel good, and leave re-energised.
Singing is a powerful wellness tool—it boosts mood, supports breathing, encourages mindfulness, and helps reduce anxiety. Paired with calming warm-ups and gentle vocal techniques, this session becomes more than just a musical break—it’s a moment of self-care. Your Best You Menopause Session
Just like at other stages of life, there’s nothing like joining up with like-minded people who are going through similar things or interests as you. This workshop is for women primarily in their 40’s & 50’s who are in the peri, during and post-menopausal time frame or thirty something’s who want
to learn and would love to speak openly and unashamedly about where they’re at. In this session we will learn some skin, body & soul tricks, tips and customised regimes to support them during this time. Simply put, so they can be the best version of themselves, whatever the time of their life, in other words YOUR BEST YOU.
